· Mailer envelopes for payments are available.

· Insurance is the customers responsibility.

· We reserve the right to inspect all goods upon entry to premises.

Basic Rules and Regulations

· Please - NO SMOKING on property.

· No Sleeping or habitation allowed on premises.

· Children cannot be left unattended.

· No Pets allowed outside of vehicles.

· Flammable and Combustibles are prohibited.

· No Explosives, Chemicals or Hazardous Waste.

· No stolen property.

· No Perishable goods.

· No Ammunition or Gun Powder.

· All trash must be removed from property.

· No equipment repair is allowed on the premises.

· No Washing of any type on the property.

 

Units Capacities (approximate)

Þ 5 X 5      = Boxes, Files, Cartons

Þ 5 X 10    = Odds and Ends

Þ 5 X 15    = 1 Room

Þ 10 X 10  = 2 Rooms

Þ 10 X 15  = 3 - 4 Rooms

Þ 10 X 20  = 4 - 5 Rooms

Þ 10 X 25  = 5 - 6 Rooms

Þ 10 X 30  = 6 - 7 Rooms

Car Storage Special: $100 a Month (one vehicle per unit only)

Outside  storage:

      - $40.00 mo. (Cars, Boats, trailers etc)

      - $50.00 mo:  RV’s

24 hour access available ($10.00  mo.)
